ABOUT CWS CLEANROOMS

The specialist partner for contamination control.

We bring cleanroom garments, cleaning, consumables and training together under one integrated programme - so contamination control becomes one relationship, run by specialists, not five separate suppliers to manage.

WHY WE EXIST

Contamination control shouldn’t mean managing five suppliers

Most cleanroom operations run on a patchwork of suppliers. Every handoff between them is a place where a specification gets lost, a delivery slips, or an audit finding starts. We built CWS Cleanrooms to close those gaps.

The usual setup
  • Garment supplier
  • Cleaning contractor
  • Consumables distributor
  • Training provider
  • On-site staffing
Each boundary is a handoff — and a place where a specification, a delivery or an audit trail can fall between two suppliers.

5 contracts · 5 contacts · 4 handoffs

With CWS Cleanrooms
  • Textiles
  • Cleaning
  • Consumables
  • Training
  • On-site Service
All five delivered by one organisation, to the same validated standards — so there are no gaps between suppliers for contamination to slip through.

1 contract · 1 contact · 1 quality system

WHAT WE DO

Five specialist teams, one programme

Each led by people who work in nothing but cleanrooms, day in, day out.

cws-textiles-optical

Garments & gowning

Validated laundering and sterilisation, item-level lifecycle control, and gowning qualification evidence - the record your file needs, supplied with the garment.

cws-cleaning-optical

Cleaning & disinfection

Documented, audit-ready and mapped to your classified areas. A cleaning process inside your quality system, not a service you supervise.

cws-consumables-optical

Consumables

Validated supply, vendor-managed to your usage, so the right qualified item is on the shelf - delivered with the bioburden, particle and sterility data your validators need in hand.

cws-training-optical

Training & Competency

Role-based training that turns gowning and behaviour protocols into consistent floor habits, with the competency records to prove it.

cws-onsite-optical

On-site service

A team embedded at your facility, closing the gap between delivery and the point of use, where most contamination risk actually enters.

THE DIFFERENCE

Stronger as one integrated programme

Contamination control rarely sits in one place. It connects the garments your people wear, the surfaces they clean, the consumables they reach for, and the training that keeps everyone working to the same standard. CWS Cleanrooms manages all of it under one coordinated programme - one point of accountability, one quality system, fewer gaps between suppliers for contamination to slip through.

difference-01-one-contract-1

One contract

Every service on a single agreement - negotiated once, renewed once. No patchwork of terms, renewal dates and price lists to keep track of.

difference-02-one-contact-1

One contact

A single named person who owns the whole programme. When something needs resolving, there's no triage between suppliers  you make one call.

difference-03-one-fixed-rate-1

One fixed rate

Pricing built around your actual volumes and procedures, fixed for the term. Full budget visibility, with no reactive premiums.

difference-04-one-data-layer-1

One data layer

Usage, compliance and cost across every service in one view - so the patterns hidden across four suppliers become visible in one.

Integrated Cleanroom Management

Run any combination of the five as one coordinated programme with a single point of accountability, one quality system, and  one set of reporting.

WHO'S BEHIND US

A partner built for the long term, not the next sale

CWS Cleanrooms is part of Haniel, a European family-owned business that invests for generations rather than for a quick exit. The company handling your garment supply, cleaning programme and consumables today will still be your partner in five, ten or twenty years.

Owned, not traded

Haniel is a family business, not a private equity fund. Your partner doesn’t change hands every few years.

Specialists brought in, not bolted on

Our DOTCH® consumables range comes from STAXS®, a specialist with three decades of cleanroom experience — working today as part of CWS Cleanrooms, not alongside it.

One standard throughout

Our services are audited against the same quality system and the same validated standards.

HOW WE WORK

What it’s actually like to work with us

Being a partner rather than a supplier isn’t a slogan. It shows up in three ways our customers notice.

cws-icon-specialists

Specialists, not generalists

Everyone on your account works in cleanrooms and nothing else. When you call with a gowning question or a delivery problem, you reach someone who has solved it before.

cws-icon-evidence-2

Evidence over opinion

We test claims before we make them. Every product and process is validated against a named standard, not a marketing adjective — so what we tell you at the sales stage is what shows up at your audit.

cws-icon-together

Problems solved together

When something in your process doesn’t fit the standard programme, we build around it with you - not a call-centre script.

PROOF AT SCALE

The scale to be reliable, the focus to stay specialised

Numbers earn trust - but only if they come with focus. Every one of ours is inside the cleanroom, nowhere else.

SUSTAINABILITY

Contamination control with less waste

Doing the right thing for regulated environments shouldn’t mean compromising on the planet. We operate on 100% renewable power, and our Second Life programme gives used consumables — gloves, garments, packaging — a second use instead of a place in landfill. In 2024, EcoVadis awarded us a Platinum medal, placing us in the top 1% of companies assessed worldwide.
