THE STAKES
One missing item can stop a whole cleanroom
Cleanroom consumables look like a procurement item. In practice they sit on the critical path of every batch you make. Which is why the price on the invoice is rarely the number that matters most.
Real, worth having, and the thing most supplier conversations are about.
A single day of downtime can erase several years of hard-won procurement savings.
So the question worth asking a consumables supplier isn't only what it costs.
It's who carries the risk when something doesn't arrive.
The delivery that doesn’t come
A back-order or a late shipment doesn’t cost you the unit price. It costs you the production you can’t run until it lands.
The product you can’t prove
A wipe or a glove is only as good as the data behind it. Without traceability, bioburden and particle counts, your validation team is taking a supplier’s word for it.
The paperwork, and the time it eats
Certificates scattered across suppliers, orders chased by hand, stock reconciled on a spreadsheet. None of it shows on the invoice; all of it comes out of your team’s week.
SCOPE
Everything your cleanroom uses, covered as standard
The full STAXS® range for every controlled environment - with DOTCH®, our own validated product line, at its core.
Worn in the cleanroom
The barrier between your people and your product. Garments, gloves, goggles and face protection - sized, validated and supplied so gowning is never the weak point in your contamination control.
- Garments
- Gloves
- Goggles
- Face & beard
- Shoes
Cleaning & disinfection
The consumables your cleaning depends on. Wipes, mops, detergents, biocides and swabs. Validated for cleanroom use and matched to your surfaces, your limits and your process instructions.
- Wipes
- Mops
- Biocides
- Swabs
- Spill mats
Handling & marking
The everyday items that keep a controlled area orderly and traceable. Cleanroom packaging, markers, pens, tape and hand sanitisation - the small things that a stockout stops just as surely.

- Markers & tape
- Sanitisation
THE DOTCH® RANGE
Our own range, validated before it reaches you
DOTCH® is the scientifically validated core of the STAXS® range. Developed to the highest contamination-control standards, with the evidence your validators need already in hand.
|
Documented to the specification Material traceability, bioburden, CFU and particle counts, absorbency, shelf life and sterility validation. Supplied as data, not promised in a brochure. |
|
|
Fit for your cleanroom class Products matched to GMP grade and ISO 14644 class, so what arrives on your floor is right for the environment it’s used in. |
|
|
Consistent, batch to batch The same validated result every time, so a change of stock is never a change of variable in your process. |
|
|
Backed by buffer stock Months of DOTCH® buffer held deliberately, so a disruption upstream never becomes a stoppage on your floor. |
THE DIFFERENCE
Reliable on the shelf, and in the audit file
Reliable supply isn’t luck. It’s a system that produces the same result every time and proves it, both on your shelf and in your audit file.
Nine European facilities
One quality system, run identically at every site. If one plant faces pressure, another covers it, and your supply doesn’t.
Vendor-managed inventory
We track and replenish to agreed levels, so your shelves refill before they empty, without tying up cash in stock you’re guessing at.
Forecasting done with you
We plan demand alongside your team rather than reacting to it. As a result, urgent orders fall by 40% and the last-minute scramble disappears.
Certificates, 24/7
Sterility and quality certificates online whenever you need them, with every product physically checked before it ships. The document is ready before the inspector finishes the sentence.
MY STAXS® does the admin
Smart reordering that learns your usage, plus documents and stock in one place. 30% faster ordering, and 5–10 hours a month back for your team.
ONE PARTNER
Consumables are stronger as part of the whole
Consumables rarely sit on their own. They connect to the garments your people wear, the cleaning they support, the training that keeps everyone working to the same standard, and the on-site team who keep it all moving. We manage all five, so there are fewer gaps between suppliers for a problem to slip through.
Consumables
The full STAXS® range, with DOTCH® validated products at its core.
Training
Role-based cleanroom training for operators, cleaners and supervisors, mapped to the standards you're audited against.
On-site service
Airlock stocking and day-to-day cleanroom logistics, run by our people on your site.
Integrated Cleanroom Management
Run any combination of the five as one coordinated programme with a single point of accountability, one quality system, and one set of reporting.

SUSTAINABILITY
Fewer consumables to landfill, and the data to prove it
Sustainable supply shouldn’t mean a compromise on performance. Our Second Life programme collects used consumables and recovers them by material stream - PVC, nitrile, PE - keeping them out of landfill. Last year that saved 34.5 tonnes of CO₂e, the equivalent of heating an average home for sixteen years, with reporting ready for your ESG and ISO 14001 targets.
