Annex 1 is specific about this: garments have to be qualified for the grade they're worn in, cleaned and sterilised by a validated process, and tracked so worn items come out of service - with documentation for all of it. Those records only exist if your laundry keeps them.

  1. Scan and sort

    Each item is identified and sorted by customer and type, so nothing mixes and everything stays traceable.

  2. Wash and dry

    Validated parameters, reproducible results - the same controlled process, every cycle.

  3. Inspect and repair

    We check each garment for damage and wear, repair what’s worth repairing, and retire what’s reached its limit.

  4. Pack and release

    Cleanroom-compliant packing, with batch documentation on every delivery note.
