Every operator completes a one-week Clean Operator course under real cleanroom conditions, learning correct behaviour, gowning and wiping technique. Each then completes three quality-training sessions a year, supplemented by ad-hoc training, so cleaning stays reliable and to your SOP.

How do you cover staff absence?

We keep a staff buffer and regional stand-ins trained to your SOP and hygiene plan, so an absence never leaves your cleanroom uncovered.

How fast can you respond to an incident?

For minor issues, within 2 hours. For larger events, we'll usually have enough trained staff on site within 48 hours.

What happens if there's contamination?

We identify the cause first, then apply the right cleaning or disinfection response for that specific contamination — so the problem is resolved, not just cleaned over.
