THE VARIABLE
The biggest contamination risk in your cleanroom is the people in it
You can validate every process and specify every garment - and still fail an audit because of how someone gowned or moved through an airlock. People are the variable behind most deviations and contamination events, and the hardest to see coming. When a deviation lands on your desk, it's rarely the technology that let you down. Trained, consistent teams change that: fewer deviations, cleaner audits, and less firefighting for you.
Every movement is a variable
Gowning shortcuts, airlock habits and cleaning technique drift over time - and none of it shows up until a deviation does.
The same people, controlled
Role-based training makes the right behaviour the default — so performance holds between audits, not just after them.

WHAT WE OFFER
One goal, several formats
There's no single right way to train a cleanroom team. The strongest results come from combining formats - e-learning to build knowledge, on-site work to make it stick. We'll help you choose the mix.
Day training
Scheduled, hands-on courses at our centres in Leipzig, Dreieich, Marburg and Eindhoven. Up to 12 people, practising gowning, airlocks and cleaning under real conditions. Local language, English on request.
In-house training
We bring the training to you, built around your layout, your SOPs and your product groups. Up to 12 of your team trained at once, in their own environment - no travel, no lost days.
Coaching
We plan demand alongside your team rather than reacting to it. As a result, urgent orders fall by 40% and the last-minute scramble disappears. An expert watches how your team really works, runs a joint risk analysis, and fixes the weak points - airlock flow, gowning, cleaning technique - with your people, on your floor.
The Cleanroom Academy
Over 1,000 modules in 20+ languages, self-paced and ready whenever your team needs them. Every course ends with a test and a certificate - the same standard proven across every site.
Customised e-learning
When your processes are unique, generic content won't do. We build digital training around your own SOPs - one module or a full programme - from first idea to launch.
Blended learning
E-learning for the theory, on-site coaching for the practice. Knowledge turns into behaviour on your floor — and stays there. For most teams, this is the mix that works.
CURRICULUM
What we cover
Courses built around the role, not just the topic - mapped to the standards you're audited against.
The behaviour and barriers that protect your clean environment.
ISO 14644 VDI 2083Correct handling and donning of (sterile) garments — includes a laundry tour.
GowningThe EU GMP guideline and the requirements of Annex 1, made usable.
EU GMP Annex 1For pharmacy personnel working to GMP.
§35 ApBetrOThe origin and spread of contamination, and the techniques that control it — hands-on.
Contamination controlBuild a hygiene concept from a risk analysis, and put your monitoring data to work.
Risk analysis MonitoringTHE DIFFERENCE
We don't sell courses. We build competency.
Most cleanroom training is generic: a slide deck, a room, a certificate. That teaches theory. It doesn't change what happens on your floor at six in the morning. We work the other way round - and stay close to the outcome, the same way you have to.
|
Built on your risks We start with your processes and your actual failure points, not a standard syllabus. |
|
|
Role-based learning paths An operator, a cleaner and a supervisor each learn what their job demands - no more, no less. |
|
|
Taught by practitioners Our trainers work in cleanrooms. They know where teams slip, because they've seen it. |
|
|
Part of the whole programme We also run your textiles, cleaning and consumables - so training reflects how your cleanroom really operates. |
ONE PARTNER
Training ties the whole programme together
Training rarely sits on its own. It reinforces the garments your people wear, the consumables they reach for, and the cleaning standards they work to. CWS Cleanrooms manages all of it under one coordinated programme - one point of accountability, one quality system, and a team that already knows your site.
Consumables
Gloves, wipes, garments and disinfectants supplied as a managed programme - buffered, forecast with you, and certified online.
Training
Role-based cleanroom training for operators, cleaners and supervisors, mapped to the standards you're audited against.
On-site service
Airlock stocking and day-to-day cleanroom logistics, run by our people on your site.
Integrated Cleanroom Management
Run any combination of the five as one coordinated programme with a single point of accountability, one quality system, and one set of reporting.

IN THEIR WORDS
What learners say
When I started my new role, the online GMP course helped me get to grips with the key cleanroom terms and concepts fast. I worked through the essentials at my own pace, the content is genuinely clear, and the tests along the way let me check my progress. A real pleasure to work through.
