SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING

The sources you engineer, and the sources you buy.

Garments, wipers and gowning discipline are contamination sources too - particle and electrostatic - but they arrive as products, qualified once and reordered on price. We run them as one validated programme instead, so the sources that come in through the gowning room are controlled to the same standard as the ones you built.

THE PRESSURE

The defect that scraps a wafer keeps getting smaller. Your contamination sources haven't.

As geometries shrink, a particle you could once live with becomes one that kills the die. But the sources haven't changed - the air, the tools, the consumables and the people. Most fabs control the first three tightly and leave the fourth, everything arriving through the gowning room, to procurement.

pressure-01-threshold-keeps-dropping

The threshold keeps dropping

A defect far below a micron is now enough to scrap a die. The cleanliness bar you qualified two years ago isn't the one you're held to today.

pressure-02-three-threats-not-one

Three threats, not one

Particles, airborne molecular contamination and electrostatic discharge each do their damage differently. Most garment and consumable suppliers speak only to the first.

pressure-03-damage-is-silent-and-late

The damage is silent and late

A shed particle or an ESD event rarely announces itself. It surfaces as a defect at final test, after every process step has already added cost to the wafer.

personnel-source

People are still your largest in-room source

Personnel generate more particles than anything else in the room, and carry the static that damages devices on contact. Gowning and behaviour are your biggest controllable risk - and the hardest to keep consistent across shifts.

WHERE IT LIVES

The contamination sources a supplier hands you - we stop treating them as deliveries.

Most fabs buy garments from one company, wipers from another, cleaning and training from two more. Each is fine alone. The exposure sits between them, where no single supplier is accountable for how the pieces perform at the wafer surface. We run those interfaces as one programme, engineered for particle and electrostatic control, so what reaches your cleanroom is a managed source rather than a product you then have to qualify. Gas-phase molecular contamination stays with your filtration and facility systems; we take ownership of the particle and static sources that walk in through the gowning room.

cws-textiles-optical

Garments & gowning

Validated laundering and sterilisation, item-level lifecycle control, and gowning qualification evidence - the record your file needs, supplied with the garment.

cws-cleaning-optical

Cleaning & disinfection

Documented, audit-ready and mapped to your classified areas. A cleaning process inside your quality system, not a service you supervise.

cws-consumables-optical

Consumables

Validated supply, vendor-managed to your usage, so the right qualified item is on the shelf - delivered with the bioburden, particle and sterility data your validators need in hand.

cws-training-optical

Training & Competency

Role-based training that turns gowning and behaviour protocols into consistent floor habits, with the competency records to prove it.

cws-onsite-optical

On-site service

A team embedded at your facility, closing the gap between delivery and the point of use, where most contamination risk actually enters.

THE DIFFERENCE

What "one programme" actually means.

Integration isn't a slogan. In practice it comes down to four things - and each one removes a source of friction your team currently absorbs.

difference-01-one-contract-1

One contract

Every service on a single agreement - negotiated once, renewed once. No patchwork of terms, renewal dates and price lists to keep track of.

difference-02-one-contact-1

One contact

A single named person who owns the whole programme. When something needs resolving, there's no triage between suppliers  you make one call.

difference-03-one-fixed-rate-1

One fixed rate

Pricing built around your actual volumes and procedures, fixed for the term. Full budget visibility, with no reactive premiums.

difference-04-one-data-layer-1

One data layer

Usage, compliance and cost across every service in one view - so the patterns hidden across four suppliers become visible in one.

START WHERE YOUR PRIORITY IS

Start where the pressure is sharpest.

You don't have to take all of it at once to get the benefit of how it fits together. You don't have to bring every contamination source under control at once. Begin with what's costing you most today - tighter particle and electrostatic control, or supply that never leaves a line waiting - and grow into the rest. Each route leads to the same place: one integrated programme, where every service sits under a single contract, a single data layer, and one rate built around the volumes you actually run.

pillar-1

SOLUTION 1
Contamination control

Bring particle and electrostatic control under one measurable strategy, instead of managing each source in isolation.

pillar-2

SOLUTION 2
Cleanroom continuity

Supply engineered around your production, because a stockout of qualified ESD wipers or garments stops a line - it isn't a late delivery.

pillar-3

THE FULL PROGRAMME
Integrated Cleanroom Management

All five services under one contract and one point of accountability.

YOUR PROCESS

Matched to your cleanroom class and the way you actually run.

Our garments are validated for ISO 4 at rest and ISO 5 in operation — the classes that cover most of European semiconductor: power and analogue, automotive and sensor devices, compound semiconductors, photonics, and the back-end assembly, test and packaging that turns wafers into shippable parts. The programme scales to the criticality of the area it protects, so control tracks your actual risk rather than a standard delivery frequency.

process-01-power-and-analogue

Power & analogue

Established nodes, high mix, steady gowning demand — continuity engineered to your production rhythm.

process-02-automotive-and-sensors

Automotive & sensors

Zero-defect expectations from your customers, where a silent latent defect is the one you can least afford.

process-03-compound-semiconductors

Compound semiconductors

SiC and GaN lines where a stable, controlled environment protects both yield and tool time.

process-04-photonics-and-optoelectronics

Photonics & optoelectronics

Optical surfaces where a single shed particle is a visible defect.

process-05-assembly-test-and-packaging

Assembly, test & packaging

Back-end and OSAT operations where handling, static and particle load meet the finished device.

THE EVIDENCE

What we tell you at the sales stage is what shows up on your floor.

Every claim is backed by a number or a certificate, not an adjective. Garments leave validated to their cleanroom class, ESD-safe and documented, with the batch record arriving alongside the delivery. We keep your programme's records current and ready to produce whenever your quality team - or your customer's auditor - asks.

MAKING THE CHANGE

Changing supplier while the fab is running feels like a risk. Here's why it's a smaller one than you think.

The fear isn't the idea of one integrated programme - it's requalification and disruption during changeover, in an environment where an excursion is expensive. We've done this enough times to know where the complexity lives and how to take it off your plate. Your fab doesn't stop while we start.

  1. 13–25 days

    Sign-up

Service configuration, pricing and contract, with programme goals documented before anything moves.

  2. 30–60 days

    Onboarding

Services set up, starting volumes confirmed, on-site staff hired and in place.

  3. Ongoing

    Execution

Programme live, quarterly business reviews, continuous adjustment as your operation evolves.

From signed agreement to live programme: as little as 43 days.

Let's find where your contamination sources actually sit - and what it would take to bring them under one programme.

Bring us your gowning setup and consumable spec. A specialist who works in controlled environments every day will walk your particle and electrostatic sources with you and show you what one validated programme would change. No commitment.
